This immersive, student-first workshop introduces participants to the power of real-time 3D creation through Unreal Engine. Students learn how to build interactive, immersive environments—leveraging the same workflows used in top-tier games, films, architectural visualizations, and simulations.

Real-World Relevance: Developed from Douglas’s tech demos at conferences like SIGGRAPH Asia and SPARKS, this session shows how small teams can create efficient, next-level results using real-time workflows.

Unlock the power of procedural design with SideFX Houdini. Students dive into the fundamentals of non-linear workflows used in motion graphics, VFX, and generative design. Emphasis is placed on scalable creativity—making complexity manageable through smart logic and node-based approaches.

Inspired by Practice: Based on Douglas’s 25+ years as a Houdini expert and trainer, this workshop integrates dynamic, culturally grounded examples developed for academic and government showcases across the region.
